You acknowledge and agree that:

You retain no ownership rights over content submitted to the platform
Content you submit may be edited, modified, or removed by other users or administrators
You cannot claim exclusive rights to any company profile, even if you created it
Companies.now may use, license, or monetize submitted content without compensation to you
Submitted content becomes part of the platform owned by Companies.now

4.3 Attribution

While users may receive attribution (“Added by @username”), this is for recognition purposes only and does not confer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibited Content
